Exchanges and Returns
DEFECT
If your product is defective or not functioning as it should, you will receive a replacement free of charge.
RETURNS
You can return CeyKa Montreal products within 14 days of receipt in the case of a defect. If you can provide a clear video of the defect, we can arrange everything for you remotely at no cost and send a replacement. Unfortunately, hygiene products from CeyKa Professional cannot be returned for a refund.
SENDING BACK
- Pack the product in its original packaging along with the return form.
- Place the return label on a visible area of the package.
- Go to one of the post offices (or parcel points) and send your package.
- A return must always be sent with a track & trace code. The customer is responsible for the shipping.
- Once the package arrives at our warehouse, the product will be exchanged or a refund will be processed.
